Restocking Fee

A $25 USD restocking fee may apply to cover order processing and handling costs.

Processing Limitation

If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

✏️ Order Changes

If you need to update your order details, such as:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Shipping address

You must submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has entered fulfillment or shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

At Essentials Hoodie , we currently do not offer cash refunds. However, we may provide exchanges or store credit in certain situations.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Your product arrived damaged or defective

If the issue is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.


📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

If the return is not due to an error on our side, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Some limited-edition items may only be eligible for exchange depending on stock availability.

Final Sale Items

Certain products, including custom pieces or limited-release items, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Fraud Protection

For security reasons and to prevent abuse, some approved returns may be issued as store credit instead of refunds.
